event on the
Sacramento River
with Sunrise Bible
fellowship Youth Group on July 6, 2008. I/we understand that Sunrise does
not carry insurance for this event. I/we assume all financial responsibility
for our child including medical and any damage our child may cause. I/we
agree not to hold Sunrise, any of it's members or agents responsible in
event of an accident.
